Frequently Asked Questions

  • We are a dream team and work to make any deadlines work! We typically require addresses two weeks prior to the event date/ in-hand date, but of course can be flexible. Branded items need to be confirmed a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event date.

  • We ship all over the US and certain offerings may be shipped to Canada.

  • A box full of fun! Every event is custom made to the clients needs. Rarely do we repeat the exact same kit twice.

  • Food items may be outsourced with our chef partner providers to ensure the freshest quality, all other items are made with love in our warehouse.

  • We require a 50% deposit for all events and full payment two weeks prior to the event date based on shipping addresses.

  • Nope! We are happy to have a party for one or invite as many as your closest friends! We have done intimate team building for five guests and virtual training workshops for 500. Nothing is too little or too big, every event no matter the size is important and each attendees needs to feel appreciated and recognized.
